All payments are voluntary donations under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, for charitable causes like community welfare and heritage preservation. Donations are non-refundable, non-transferable gifts with no goods or services provided in return.

We use secure payment gateways; you authorize charges upon submission. No refunds except in cases of proven processing errors, at KPA’s discretion.

Intellectual Property

Content on kpamumbai.org, including text, images, and logos, is KPA’s property or licensed to us. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted; commercial reproduction requires written consent.

Privacy and Data

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy (to be linked). We collect minimal information for donations and communications, complying with Indian data protection laws.

Limitation of Liability
