The present BOT is a balanced mix of experience and energy. BOT is committed to the preservation of Kashmiri Pandits’ culture and heritage by working closely with community and engaging youth in particular.
BOT is focused on some of the short term and medium term goals as follows
1. Increase the Life Memberships in time bound manner.
2. Engage with community closely by organizing cultural and religious events and encouraging the participation from members.
3. Completion of Sharda Sadan at the earliest. Have a multi pronged approach on fund raising for the same.
4. Formation of Youth Forum and engaging youth proactively in the activities.
5. Enriched communication with community through mouthpiece ‘Milchar’.
